Payment information and shipping
On Monday August 13th, the orders of the presale for "Cool Patrol" will begin to be charged in the order we received them, ready for shipping on the release date of August 17th. Domestically, shipping takes between 1-2 weeks, if are in the US and have not received your order in the allotted amount of time, please see below. Please remember, due to the volume of presales, not all orders will shipping out on Friday. Keep an eye out for an email from us once your order has shipped.
Why have I not gotten my order yet (2 weeks after I received my shipping email)
If the card we tried to charge gave us an error, that may be the reason you've not gotten your order yet. Here is how to update your payment information and what the next step is! Unfortunately we do not have a way to switch the payment info but you should be able to do it from within your account.
If you have an account: If you have an account with CD Baby, please login to your account at https://store.cdbaby.com/ and provide us with an updated or corrected card number. Please follow these instructions:
Click on “Manage Credit Cards” in the “My Account” column. Once you've made any changes to your payment details please allow up to 3 business days for the charge to be retried due to the high volume of orders.
If you purchased your order as a guest: If you checked out as a guest, in order to update your credit card information you’ll need to convert it to an account. Please follow these instructions

Make sure to use the same email address you used when checking out as a guest. This will ensure that all previous guest purchases are included in your new customer account AND you will not lose your place in line for your presale.
If you'd rather cancel your order and create a new one, there is a high chance you will NOT receive the perks of the presale order.

What if my order is lost, can I still get the presale bundle that I originally purchased?
While supplies last, yes. If this happens to be the case, please reach out to us by submitting a request here and make sure you click on the box to let us know this is NSP related.
What if there is something else wrong, like a missing disc or a ripped poster?
Same deal, use the form and we'll make sure to take care of that for you while supplies last. Just indicate what the issue is in the subject line.
