The pre-sale started on April 5th and signed copies are no longer available.
Payment information and shipping
On Tuesday, April 16th, the pre-sale orders for "The Tryforce" will begin to be charged in the order we received them. The orders will be ready for shipping on the release date of April 19th. Domestically, shipping takes between 1-2 weeks, if you are in the US and have not received your order in the allotted amount of time, please see below. Keep in mind, due to the volume of pre-sales, not all orders will ship out on Friday, April 19th. Keep an eye out for an email from us once your order has shipped.
Why have I not gotten my order yet (2 weeks after I received my shipping email)
If the card we tried to charge gave us an error, that may be the reason you've not gotten your order yet. You should update your payment information from within your account. Here is how to update your payment information. Keep in mind, that if you contact us we do not have a way to switch the payment info for you, you will have to do it.

If you have an account with CD Baby, please log in to your account at https://store.cdbaby.com/login and provide us with an updated or corrected card number. Please follow these instructions:
Click on “Manage Credit Cards” in the “My Account” column. Once you've made any changes to your payment details please fill out this form, in the description include the last 4 digits of the credit card and expiration date.
- If you purchased your order as a guest:
If you checked out as a guest, in order to update your credit card information you’ll need to convert it to an account. Please follow these instructions

Make sure to use the same email address you used when checking out as a guest. This will ensure that all previous guest purchases are included in your new customer account AND you will not lose your place in line for your pre-sale.

What if my order is lost, can I still get the pre-sale bundle that I originally purchased?
While supplies last, yes. If this happens to be the case, please reach out to us by submitting a request form here and make sure you click on the box to let us know this is Starbomb related.
What if there is something else wrong, like a missing disc or a ripped poster?
Same deal, use the form and we'll make sure to take care of that for you while supplies last. Just indicate what the issue is in the subject line.
